Sign in with Google or a code we email you. No password needed. Every registered account is automatically part of the Loyalty Program.

Share your personal invite link from My account → Loyalty Program, on WhatsApp, by email or by copying it. Friends who join through it are linked to you automatically.

Invite five friends who each order R1 000 a month, and you earn R150 credit every month in the first year, then R75 a month for as long as they keep ordering.
Questions
Who can join?+
Anyone with a registered Grensland store account. There's nothing extra to sign up for.
When does credit appear?+
Credit shows as "pending" once an order is collected or delivered, and becomes available to use 7 days later.
What can I use my credit on?+
On products in any future order. It can't be used for delivery, collection or handling fees, and it can't be paid out in cash.
Does credit expire?+
Yes. Each amount of credit expires 12 months after the order that earned it. We always use your oldest credit first.
Do my friends get anything?+
Yes. Friends who name you as their referrer get a welcome discount on their first order, and they earn credit on their own orders from day one.
How do I invite friends?+
Go to My account → Loyalty Program. Share your personal link on WhatsApp, copy it, or let us email it for you. When a friend creates their account through your link, they're linked to you automatically.
My friend already has an account. Can they still add me?+
Yes, once. In My account → Loyalty Program they enter the email address or cell number you use for Grensland. Only orders they place after adding you count towards your credit.
Someone referred me, but I didn't add them. What now?+
Add them in My account → Loyalty Program. From then on your orders count for them. If they don't have an account yet, invite them from the same page. For earlier orders, email enquiries@grensland.co.za with their details. We'll review it and may, at our discretion, add the referral and credit earlier orders.
Can I earn with my own recipes?+
Yes. Send Tjop a recipe your family loves with Share your recipe. If we add it to Grensland, you get R100 credit, and for 12 months you earn 3% of the recipe's meat every time someone else orders it with Tjop.
Is there a limit to how much I can earn?+
No. The more friends you bring in, the more you earn.
Loyalty Program rules

- The Loyalty Program is open to customers with a registered account on store.grensland.co.za.
- You earn 1% of the product value of each of your own paid orders.
- Repeat orders you set up in My account → My usuals earn an extra 2% of their product value when you pay for them, so 3% in all.
- If we publish a recipe you sent us through "Share your recipe", you get a once-off R100 credit. For 12 months after we publish it, you also earn 3% of the value of the recipe's meat lines whenever someone else puts that meat in their cart with Tjop ("Put the meat in my cart") and pays. Lines on special don't count, and neither do orders placed by you or from your email address, phone number or delivery address.
- You earn 3% of the product value of every order placed by a friend who has you as their referrer, for 12 months from the date they signed up, and 1.5% of the product value of their orders after that, for as long as both accounts remain active.
- A friend is linked to you as their referrer when they create their account through your personal invite link, enter your email address or cell number when they sign up, or add you once afterwards in My account → Loyalty Program. Your referrer must be a registered Grensland customer.
- Referral credit is only earned on orders your friend places after you were added as their referrer. Orders placed before that date don't count.
- Each customer can have only one referrer. Once added, it can only be changed by us. Two customers can't be each other's referrer.
- If you were referred but didn't add your referrer in time, email enquiries@grensland.co.za. We may, at our discretion, add the referral and credit earlier orders.
- "Product value" means the final value of the products in an order after any weight-difference adjustment. It excludes delivery, collection and handling fees, and excludes any part of the order paid with credit.
- Credit is pending for 7 days after an order is collected or delivered, and then becomes available.
- Credit can only be used on products in future orders. It can't be used for delivery, collection or handling fees, exchanged for cash, or transferred to another account.
- To use your credit, sign in and choose "Use my credit" at checkout once you have at least R20 available. The credit is taken off the products in that order.
- Each amount of credit expires 12 months after the date of the transaction that earned it. The oldest credit is used first.
- If an order is cancelled or refunded, credit earned on it is removed, and any credit used on it is returned as credit with its original expiry date.
- No credit is earned on referrals where the referrer and the new customer share an email address, phone number, delivery address or payment card, or where we reasonably suspect abuse. We may reverse credit and close the loyalty account in such cases.
- We may change or end the Loyalty Program by giving reasonable notice on this page. Credit you have already earned stays valid until its expiry date.
