Collection or delivery

Delivery in Potchefstroom from Monday to Friday (R50), or in Johannesburg and Pretoria on Saturdays (R80). Or collect from a Dilli smart locker in Potchefstroom or Midstream, or in Melrose on Wednesdays (R40 handling fee). Free delivery from R1,500; no handling fee from R2,000. You choose at checkout.

Weighed after cutting

For meat sold per kg you pay a small weight allowance upfront. After cutting we weigh your order and return the difference as a refund or as credit on your next order, whichever you chose at checkout.

Fresh-food returns

Because our products are fresh and cut to order, we can't take back items you've changed your mind about. If there is a quality problem, let us know within 24 hours of collection or delivery and we'll replace the item or refund you.
