Sticky chicken drumsticks

What you need

• Chicken Drumsticks: about 250 g per adult

Honey, soy sauce, garlic, rice, vegetables

Method

1. 1Mix 3 tablespoons of honey, 3 of soy sauce and 2 crushed garlic cloves, and coat the drumsticks.
2. 2Bake at 200 °C for 35–40 minutes, turning and basting halfway, until sticky and cooked through (74 °C, no pink at the bone).
3. 3Serve with rice and vegetables.
