Indian lamb curry
A proper Indian lamb curry: lamb neck marinated in yoghurt and Kashmiri chilli, cooked slowly in a masala of deep-brown onions, ginger, garlic, tomato and whole spices, and finished with garam masala and fresh coriander. Cooked, vacuum-packed and frozen: 600 g serves 2–3.

Ingredients
Lamb neck (on the bone), onions, chopped tomatoes, plain yoghurt (milk), sunflower oil, garlic, fresh ginger, tomato paste, green chillies, fresh coriander, salt, spices (Kashmiri chilli, ground coriander, ground cumin, garam masala, turmeric, cumin seeds, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, bay leaves).
Allergens
Contains: milk (yoghurt). Lamb on the bone: watch for small bones. Spice blends may be made where mustard, gluten or nuts are handled; confirm supplier labels.
Storage
Keep frozen at −18°C. Thaw in the fridge and use within 24 hours of thawing. Reheat only once.
Heating instructions
Thaw overnight in the fridge. Empty into a pot, cover and heat gently for 10–15 minutes, stirring now and then, until piping hot throughout (about 74°C). Or microwave in a covered dish for 6–8 minutes, stirring halfway. Serve with basmati rice and fresh coriander.

Delivery in Potchefstroom from Monday to Friday (R50), or in Johannesburg and Pretoria on Saturdays (R80). Or collect from a Dilli smart locker in Potchefstroom or Midstream, or in Melrose on Wednesdays (R40 handling fee). No handling fee on collections from R2,000. You choose at checkout.

We therefore include a weight allowance of up to 10%, depending on the product. Once your order has been cut and weighed, we refund the difference or add it as credit to your account. Because our products are fresh and cut to order, we can't take back items you've changed your mind about. If there is a quality problem, let us know within 24 hours of collection or delivery and we'll replace the item or refund you.
